Housing Resources Bainbridge (HRB) provides housing and housing-related services for low-and moderate-income families and individuals on Bainbridge Island, Washington. HRB owns and operates 42 unit of rental housing, and is the managing member of Winslow Terrace LLC, an additional 48 units. HRB also has a Community Land Trust homeownership portfolio of 42 homes. We also operate several housing programs that include Independent Living, homeownership readiness, and rental assistance. We educate and advocate on housing issues and policies in our community . HRB served more than 450 people in 2018.
