Eastside Pathways mobilizes the Eastside community to support every child step by step, from cradle to career.
Transforming the way our community works, harnessing our collective expertise, to positively impact the lives of children and youth. We mobilize public, private and non-profit organizational partners to support every child, step by step, from cradle to career.
Partner Support, Data Support, Convening and Training: Planning, recruiting, training and supervision for the partnership and its collaboratives, Data Council and Partner Leadership Committee. This includes support and training for volunteer staff and partners so that they can take action to improve community level outcomes as identified. Specific examples include: All-Partner Meetings 3x/year, Adaptive Leadership training for all facilitators and Lead Partners, and the Promotores Program.
Community Engagement: Community engagment for cultural integration work is aiming to close the opportunity gap by making sure that each and every student and family is connected to their school and commuity. The Promotores Program is specifically focused on the Latino/Hispanic community to do just that. By identifying and further supporting leadership skills of natural leaders in the community, and by providing additional supports necessary for those leaders, understanding, connections and the right supports are ensured and the results are better outcomes for kids.
Collaborative support and expenses: Volunteer and partner coordination to ensure continuous allocation and alignment of resources around agreed upon common goals and to improve community level outcomes. Supporting the daily management of the partnership and leading the continuous refinement of indicators to ensure accuracy and validity.
