SITE COORDINATORS ARE PLACED FULL TIME INSIDE SCHOOLS, AND WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SCHOOL STAFF AND THE COMMUNITY, TO CONNECT STUDENTS AND FAMILIES WITH A VAST ARRAY OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND SERVICES.
