A living history museum of researched rural 14th century communities in England: classes, festivals, food, crafts, performing and visual arts, with daily life immersion experiences.
DINNER THEATER: 14th century dining and feasts at the Bors Hede Inne, based on medieval recipes, with minstrel and interpreter presentations. Wednesday through Sunday 5-8 PM. Meals from $15 (lunch) to $36 (dinner) to $60 (feast) per guest (50% for food, 50% for entertainment). Holiday banquets for May, St James (July), Harvest (August, Michelmasse (September), all with historical cuisine and entertainment; about 600 guests for the season.
