MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH SERVICES: PROVIDED COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING BUDGETING AND REFERRALS TO OTHER AGENCIES, HEALTH INSURANCE ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE, AND PRESCRIPTION AND OTHER HEALTH ASSISTANCE TO 230 ADULTS AND 85 CHILDREN.
BASIC NEEDS SERVICES: PROVIDED ASSISTANCE FOR RENT, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER BASIC NECESSITIES TO 2,160 ADULTS AND 2,000 CHILDREN.
