Advancing the cause of endangered species through education. Approx. 100,000 visitors were taken through the Zoo by volunteer Docents explaining wildlife propogation, environment & community values.
Serving Western WA schools, community organizations and senior citizens as a living classroom. Students use the zoo in conjunction with school curriculum. Volunteer Zoo educators assist teachers & lecture.
