Our mission is to develop, promote and manage alternative housing options on Lopez Island, Washington, with the specific purpose of addressing the need for low cost and moderate cost affordable housing.
FishBay Project: Purchased a parcel of land for our first rental housing project. Made the decision to build six 2-bedroom modular homes on the site. Proceeded with site assessment, wetlands survey, schematic design of homes, architectural design, and preconstruction costs of the modular homes.
