The Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations for the entire state members including: condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. WSCAI has 1,700 members representing 650 businesses and managers, and 1,050 homeowners and/or board members of common interest developments (CIDs) representing tens of thousands of households.WSCAI is one of 60 community associations institute chapters in the nation.
Community Associations Journal: In 2018, WSCAI published a 9-issue magazine, Community Associations Journal. WSCAI also publishes web content, a directory of credentialed professionals, where you can find credentialed managers, reserve providers, insurance and risk management specialists and attorneys offering an extensive, user-friendly service directory to help you find businesses and professionals who provide products and services to community associations.
WSCAI holds events throughout the State, including the annual conference, and chapter events that provide one-of-a-kind opportunities to develop contacts and build support networks.
