Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide assistance to those in need in our community in an impartial and dignified manner. We will provide supplemental/emergency food, Salvation Army vouchers for Prescriptions.
Food Assistance for 17,184 needy people in the community. With the help of 3488volunteer hours the agency served 17,184 individuals and distributed 7302 food boxes including holiday baskets. In addition Help House performed 529 Tele-Care Calls to verify heath and wellness. 15 people were assisted with Salvation Army vouchers for prescriptions. Clients came in twice per week to obtain bakery goods and produce items donated by local grocery stores.
During 2019 Help House distributed 7302 food baskets and fed 17,184. They assisted 15 people with Salvation Army Prescription Vouchers and made 259 health wellness calls through the Tele-Care program.
