OTHER BANK CLIENTS ARE CHILDREN, THE ELDERLY, THE DISABLED, HOMELESS, UNEMPLOYED OR UNDER-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE FINANCIALLY INSECURE. THE OTHER BANK SERVES UP TO 150 INDIVIDUALS EACH WEEK. NOTE: IN JULY 2019 THE OTHER BANK MOVED TO (WAS ACQUIRED BY) THURSTON COUNTY FOOD BANK. THIS SHIFT SUPPORTS YWCA OLYMPIA'S VISION TO ALIGN FULLY WITH OUR FOCUS OF ANTIRACIST EDUCATION AND RACIAL JUSTICE WHILE ALSO INCREASING ACCESSIBILITY OF OTHER BANK PRODUCTS FOR THE INDIVIDUALS WHO RELY UPON THAT SERVICE DUE TO THE FOOD BANKS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, HOURS OF OPERATIONS AND WAREHOUSING CAPACITIES.
