THE PROVISION OF THESE FUNCTIONS ALLOWS THE SUBSIDIARY ORGANIZATIONS THE FREEDOM TO FOCUS THEIR RESOURCES ON THE SUCCESS OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL MISSIONS WHILE AT THE SAME TIME ENSURING THAT THESE EFFORTS ARE COORDINATED TO MAXIMIZE THE IMPACT ON THEIR CONSTITUENTS AND THE COMMUNITY. BRIDGING GENERATIONS AND ENRICHING LIVES IS PART OF OUR LOCAL BRAND. WE HAVE RECEIVED NATIONAL ACCLAIM FOR OUR UNIQUE INTER-GENERATIONAL PROGRAMS WHERE WE BRING CHILDREN AND SENIORS TOGETHER IN A MEANINGFUL AND AT TIMES INSPIRING WAY.- WE RECOGNIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF WORK/LIFE BALANCE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES.
