Organizations Filed Purposes: ACE is built on the premise of serving your men from historically under-served populations. Specifically targeting African American, African Diaspora, Latino/Hispanic, Pacific Islander, and Native American males. At ACE, young men will learn compassion and understanding, a strong educational and cultural foundation, the value of perseverance and determination, and how to use their individual talents for the greater good in their community. Young men of ACE will be able to answer the existential question of "Who Am I?" with a resounding answer of, "I AM EXELLENCE!".

Best Start for KidsTalbot Hill Elementary faculty/staff will participated in 9 (3 workshops per quarter) professional development workshops focusing on undoing racial bias, how to work within the community, culturally responsive instruction, classroom management, restorative and healing practices, and improving family engagement. ACE will delivered support implementation of school climate specific restorative practice principles. These will focus on whole school structures and 4th/5th grade leadershipsupport. Administration, staff, students and families will be supported as they learn to lead community circles as culture and climate building mechanisms and restorative circles for harm reduction. Throughout this work, coaching and support was provided to integrate new practices with current school practices and allow staff, students, and families to take ownership of all processes. Time-line for program evaluation and completion will occurred quarterly, including weekly check-ins with school administration to effectively improve program quality.

After School ProgramsNumber Served - 15 5th and 6th gradersOverview - ACE partnered with Midway Elementary and Seahurst Elementary to provide a program designed to inspire, motivate and empower 5th & 6th grade young men of color to live up to their full potential through a unique leadership program with highly accomplished professional men and learning opportunities. ACE is built upon the premise of serving traditionally underserved scholars. Specifically targeting African American, Latino, Pacific Islander and Native American males. ACE prepared young men for individual excellence through family, academics, motivation, and environment towards becoming viable world citizens. The program focused on three main components: entrepreneurship, health and nutrition, and developing a cultural understanding and foundation .
