Organizations Filed Purposes:
Instill hope and faith in children of color bound by any form of systematic oppression. We arm youth with life skills while compassionately addressing their needs.
We serve children and families in Seattle Public Schools - Leschi Elementary, Lowell Elementary and Prospect Preschool. In 2019 we served over 128 families. We mentor Black and Brown children helping them to develop social and emotional skills. We provide in-home service with parents. We also provide parents with resources. We onducted three workshops (family engagement, parent advocacy and wellness). We use various modes including round circle and group training, interview style and affirmations.
