To improve the quality of life, to increase the independence, and to assure the full inclusion in the community of any person with developmental disabilities.
The Agency provides transportation services to its clients and other local non-profit organizations' clients.
Other programs such as Advocacy & Awareness program are committed to education, advocacy and support of persons with developmental disabilities, their families and the community. Buddy program provides activities for teenage school children.
Recreation services provided families who have children with developmental disabilities with 19,780 hours of respite care in the Partners N Pals program for children ages 7 to 21, and 720 hours of respite care in Junior Partners N Pals program for ages 2 to 7. Ninety percent of participants surveyed said that the recreational services helped them to be less lonely and gave them something to do. Ninety-nine percent of participants said the services increased their skills.
