Worked successfully for passage of an all-time record level of funding for bike trails and safety projects in both the regular budget process and a 16-year transportation revenue package. Passed bill providing a way for bicyclists to handle a faulty traffic signal legally. Put on the Washington Bike Summit, a statewide bike conference that drew nearly 200 people. Continued statewide education program in bike and pedestrian safety for thousands of middle school students.
