The Children's School (TCS) is a Montessori-based preschool. We provide education to approximately 50 children ages 2 to 6 years. TCS builds on its 50 year history of providing a child-centered environment to effectively meet the individual needs of each student, and his/her family. We learn, play, inspire, and engage - all within a spirit of fun!We live these values through these ACTIONS: We respect - by listening to everyone, including everyone, and playing with everyone. We support - by nurturing our children and their families, nurturing our staff and their families, and by providing a safe learning environment and play space. We contribute - through local philanthropy, hosting our Harvest Food Drive and donating to the University FoodBank, being the "Recycle School, and caring for our school setting.In this ever changing and challenging world, TCS creates a community where everyone has tools and opportunities to succeed.
