Dept of Commerce Local & Community is coalition of organizations dedicated to addressing the impacts of poverty. The Commission is one of the grantors of the ECS Housing program. This grant allows ECS to expense for predevelopment expenses such as architectural designs and feasibility studies. ECS was granted a total of $388,000. In 2020, we received $388,000 and expensed $388,000.
ECS received COVID-19 grant from various sourses and assist the community. ECS was received a total of $368,349 in 2020 and expensed $288,063. The remian $80,286 will be expensed in 2021.
Displaced Tenants Fund- In 2019 ECS received a total of $800,000 grant to assist the community with its housing project and exxpensed $281,122 in 2020.
