We equip professional and volunteer care providers with arts based tools, training, and support to help survivors of human trafficking, natural disaster, and forced migration recover from mental, emotional, and psychological trauma.
In 2019 First Aid Arts estimates reaching over 2,000 survivors of a variety of natural disasters and human abuses with our trauma-informed, arts-based programs. This impact was achieved by training 91 staff and volunteers from a variety of organizations working in 9 states and 20 additional countries.
