Leadership Academy - A nine-month, statewide, cohort-based leadership training program for legal and community leaders. Participants engage in approximately 10 days of training over the course of 4 2.5 day retreats and also engage in in-between retreat reading, preparation, and webinars. 36 Fellows commenced the 6th Leadership Academy in September of 2019.
Leadership Equity Related Training, Coaching and Facilitation - A one-time training or meeting/retreat facilitation, ongoing organizational coaching, and/or executive coaching focused on race equity, leadership skills, and organizational development. JustLead reached over 650 advocates around Washington State in 2019
Leadership Academy Alumni Event - A two-day train the trainer workshop for alumni of the Leadership Academy to offer advanced content and prepare to participate as volunteer alumni faculty for future cohorts of Leadership Academy Fellows. Approximately 45 alumni participated.
