Organizations Filed Purposes: Pangea Giving supports grassroots organizations globally to improve the well-being of their communities through engaged giving.

In 2019, Pangea Giving made 20 grants to non-profit community-based organizations in East Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia. In addition, Pangea funded the fourth annual East African Leadership Forum for executive directors of existing and former grant partners in East Africa. They met to share best practices and strategies for meeting their organizational goals. Pangea continues to observe greater collaboration and capacity-building among its partners' leadership. In 2019, Pangea hosted nine events in the Seattle area for the organization's members and the wider community. These included a pair of events on climate change and the philanthropic response, an educational event on China's Belt and Road Initiative, and an event to learn more about Uganda, one of the countries in which Pangea provides grants. Pangea Giving members made site visits to Myanmar in January 2019, Cambodia in February 2019, and Mexico in November 2019.
