Organizations Filed Purposes: TO PREPARE STUDENTS FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS TO DESIGN, BUILD, AND EVOLVE ENTERPRISES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMON GOOD WITH THE VALUES OF INNOVATION, INTEGRITY, SUSTAINABILITY, SOCIAL JUSTICE, COMMUNITY AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP. WE FULFILL THIS MISSION IN TWO WAYS: BY PREPARING OUR OWN STUDENTS AND BY HELPING OTHER BUSINESS SCHOOLS INTEGRATE SUSTAINABILITY INTO THE HEART OF THEIR PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION'S VISION IS TO INFUSE ENVIRONMENTALLY AND SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS INNOVATION INTO GENERAL BUSINESS PRACTICE BY TRANSFORMING BUSINESS EDUCATION.

MBA PROGRAM TARGETING BUSINESS SUCCESS, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY.

HYBRID MBA IN SUSTAINABLE SYSTEMS: A FULLY INTEGRATED MBA DEGREE IN SUSTAINABLE SYSTEMS, ALLOWING STUDENTS TO INTEGRATE PRINCIPLES OF SUSTAINABILITY INTO CORE MBA CLASSES. THIS PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE THREE BOTTOM LINES (FINANCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND SOCIAL) FOR DECISION MAKING AND ANALYSIS. STUDENTS TAKE CLASSES IN A HYBRID FORMAT, IN WHICH PART OF THE CLASSES ARE TAUGHT ONLINE IN ONE HOUR SEGMENTS, IN ADDITION TO A THREE-DAY ONSITE PROGRAM THREE TIMES A QUARTER. THE PROGRAM ALLOWS PEOPLE FROM OUT OF THE AREA TO EARN THEIR MBA BY TRAVELING TO THE ISLANDWOOD CAMPUS NINE TIMES, IN ADDITION TO THE ONLINE CLASSES.

METRO MBA IN SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS: LIKE THE HYBRID MBA PROGRAM, THE METRO MBA IN SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS IS SIMILAR IN ITS INTEGRATION OF SUSTAINABILITY INTO MBA CORE CURRICULUM, BUT INSTEAD IS OFFERED IN THE LEARNING STUDIO, WITH MINIMAL, IF ANY ONLINE CONTENT. THE METRO PROGRAM IS A PROTOTYPE FOR AN MBA PROGRAM THAT CAN BE SCALED THROUGH MODEST FACILITIES IN OTHER CITIES.

PINCHOT UNIVERSITY BEGAN OFFERING THE ORGANIZATION SYSTEMS RENEWAL (OSR) GRADUATE PROGRAM, A MASTER OF ARTS IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEGREE, IN JANUARY 2013. OSR'S MISSION IS TO DEVELOP COMPETENCE AND CONFIDENCE IN DESIGNING AND LEADING ORGANIZATIONS. FURTHERMORE, THE INTENTION OF THE OSR PROGRAM IS TO HELP STUDENTS DEVELOP AND EXPAND THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND CAPACITIES IN ORDER TO BECOME INSTRUMENTS OF INNOVATION, RENEWAL, HEALTH, AND WHOLENESS IN ORGANIZATIONS AND IN THE WORLD.
