Organizations Filed Purposes:
PPVNH promotes and protects reproductive health, rights, and justice. We do this by advocating for public policies that guarantee the right to choice and full and nondiscriminatory access to reproductive health care, and fostering and preserving a social and political climate favorable to the exercise of reproductive choice through voter education, candidate endorsement and other means. The corporation is empowered to work toward these purposes through all means consistent with legal status including but not limited to lobbying, public education, regulatory advocacy and limited electoral activities.
Voter Engagement & Education - PPVNH is a not for profit organization that promotes the social welfare by working to advance public polices that encourage and protect informed individual choice regarding reproductive and sexual healthcare; to advocate for public policies that guarantee the right to choice and full non-discriminatory access to reproductive and sexual healthcare; and to foster and preserve a social and political climate favorable to the exercise of reproductive choice. PPVNH conducts voter engagement education and limited electoral activities on issues related to reproductive and sexual health and rights.
Electoral Activities - Engaged in voter outreach and education about endorsed candidates. These activities conducted as independent expenditures.
Lobbying - Advance pro active women's health legislation and work to defeat anti-women's health legislation in AK, HI, ID and WA. Additionally we engaged in Federal Lobbying.
