Organizations Filed Purposes: TO SUPPORT SEATTLE CENTRAL STUDENTS, FACULTY AND PROGRAMS BY RAISING AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO HELP STUDENTS ACHIEVE THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL THROUGH QUALITY EDUCATION.

COLLEGE PROGRAM FUNDING AND FACULTY GRANTS:PROGRAM FUNDING AND FACULTY GRANTS ENSURE THAT EACH ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT HAS THE FUNDS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE EXTRAORDINARY OPPORTUNITIES TO THEIR STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR FACULTY. FUNDING PROVIDED TO SPECIFIC PROGRAMS ALLOWS FOR INNOVATIVE AND RESPONSIVE PROGRAMMING AND EQUIPMENT TO SUPPORT STUDENT LEARNING.

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS: TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS TO ATTEND SEATTLE CENTRAL ENABLING OUR STUDENTS TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATIONAL GOALS. THIS INCLUDES COMMITMENT SCHOLARSHIPS FUNDS WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT TUITION AND FEES ARE COVERED IN FULL FOR LOW-INCOME STUDENTS WHO ATTEND FULL-TIME AND HAVE A 3.0 OR HIGHER GPA. APPROXIMATELY $125,700 WAS GRANTED TO STUDENTS WITH ACUTE EMERGENCY FINANCIAL NEEDS, ALLOWING THEM TO STAY ENROLLED AND ON TRACK TOWARDS GRADUATION. COMPLETION SCHOLARSHIPS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THIS MODEL TO HELP STUDENTS COMPLETE WHO ARE ONE TO TWO QUARTERS AWAY FROM GRADUATION

COLLEGE-WIDE TUTORING PROGRAM: FUNDS ARE PROVIDED TO ENSURE THAT FREE TUTORING IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL STUDENTS AT SEATTLE CENTRAL. THE FOUNDATION'S GOAL TO ELIMINATE FINANCIAL NEED AS A BARRIER TO PAYING TUITION PROVIDES ACCESS FOR STUDENTS WHO WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO ATTEND COLLEGE. ADDITIONAL STUDENT SERVICES, LIKE TUTORING, ENSURE THAT STUDENTS HAVE THE TOOLS TO SUCCEED ONCE THEY ENROLL.
