Organizations Filed Purposes: Our mission is to use outdoor classrooms to make a quality education in reading, math and science accessible for families and to give children a joyful, nature-rich childhood one full of play, exploration and wonder.

Tiny Trees was created to use outdoor classrooms to make a quality education in reading, math and science accessible for families and to give children a joyful, nature-rich childhood one full of play, exploration, and wonder. Our continued goal is to create safe and affirming outdoor spaces that support childrens physical, emotional and intellectual development.

From July 2019 to March 2020: 12 outdoor classrooms, serving over 300 students age 3-5 years old. Children attended classes Monday through Friday in AM or PM class offerings. In March 2020, we closed our classrooms and offered virtual education services led by teachers, delivered via technology to support families and learning at home during the Governor's "Stay at Home" Order. Throughout the year, we partnered with community organizations to expand access to outdoor nature-based learning: activities for families including hikes, gardening, and at home activities.
