In 2019, University Heights Center provided free and below market-rate rentals to long-term and short-term tenants that provide education, cultural, arts, and human service programs to the community. Since 2009, University Heights Center has invested over $4.5 million in capital improvements to preserve the historic landmark. University Heights Center also hosts free and below market-rate community programs for families, children, older adults, and people who are homeless.
