Organizations Filed Purposes: Our mission is to accelerate the Great Commission by developing effective networks in high priority sectors of world mission.

We serve as a catalyst, coach & consultant to develop multilateral networks seeking to advance the Gospel among the unreached. We equip network leaders by providing training, peer learning, & resources to build their collaborative skills & knowledge. We advocate for collaboration by speaking, writing, & convening strategic gatherings to encourage Christian leaders to adopt a partnering approach to ministry. Over the past 15 years, visionSynergy has worked with hundreds of mission leaders worldwide to catalyze & develop a wide range of collaborative efforts focused on world evangelism. We coach network leaders & advise mission networks that include member organizations from more than 40 countries. visionSynergy is also the developer & curator of synergycommons.net, an online resource center, training platform, & learning community of 1100+ members designed to equip & connect mission leaders for collaboration.

Developing Networks: The core work of visionSynergy involves coaching and consulting with Christian network leaders to help them form and operate strategic mission networks that can facilitate large-scale collaboration and make significant impacts in their ministry fields. In 2019, visionSynergy and associates coached and advised 192 leaders across 44 mission networks (41 operating, 3 emerging) including the launch of 26 new networks - 21 new geographic, linguistic, people-group, and issue-focused networks in South Asia; 3 new country-wide partnerships in MENA; 1 new issue-focused network in MENA; and 1 new multi-denomination sending agency network. Collectively, the 41 operating mission networks include hundreds of leaders in their membership representing over a thousand different ministries.

Equipping Network Leaders: visionSynergy also provides training experiences and facilitates connections among the global community of mission network leaders. In 2019, visionSynergy provided collaboration training to 1,349 leaders around the world through workshops, webinars, discussion groups, and other training events. visionSynergy co-hosted 4 regional Synergy Summit conferences in 2 countries, which gathered more than 220 ministry leaders for training in network development. visionSynergy also grew its Synergy Commons online learning community for network leaders (synergycommons.net) to more than 1,300 members from 119 countries representing over 70 mission networks.

Advocating for Collaboration: visionSynergy advocates for increased collaboration in the Christian mission movement through publications and speaking engagements that inform and inspire. In 2019, visionSynergy staff presented keynotes to audiences of more than 750 mission leaders and published articles, videos, and resources in multiple languages for thousands of readers and viewers.
