Founded in 1979, the Washington State Farmers Market Association (WSFMA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, membership organization whose mission is to support vibrant and sustainable farmers markets in Washington State through member services, education and advocacy.
Growing a statewide network of WSFMA "Regional Leads" who work with local farmers markets throughout Washington State to ensure low-income families can buy fresh, local, and healthy foods from farmers through food access programs such as SNAP, the Farmers Market Nutrition Program, and matching or "incentive" programs.
