Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide housing, educational and life skills support to youth who are progressing in their education with community partners and volunteer host families.
Provided housing, educational and life skills support to 78 youth who are progressing in their education and 42 families served. Some are still in school and 27 graduated in June of 2019. Also provided outreach and collaborated with community partners.
The Homeless Student Stability Program provided funding to help youth in high school who were at risk of homelessness. In 2019 57 youth were served through this program which helps connect them with services.
Help us move in provides financial assistance towards housing for homeless and vulnerable famlies. In 2019 37 youth and 18 families received direct assistance.
