Organizations Filed Purposes:
Provided after-school tutoring for 49 Title I students beginning in the second grade and continuing through high school. RFTF also raised money for post-high school educational expenses. The students graduated in 2019 and many are now involved in advanced education through community colleges, universities and various other training opportunities.

RFTF began distributing funds in 2019 for tuition and other expenses. Students are now completing their second year of post-high school education in community colleges, four year universities and a variety of other education fields.
The primary goal of the program was to improve the high school graduation rate for lower income areas of Spokane. The program was able to see 45 / 49 lower income students achieve a high school diploma.
