Assist economically disadvantaged households in King, Pierce and Thurston counties in obtaining affordable housing.
To provide low and very low income residents the opportunity to build new homes.
In 2013, the Organization developed and maintained 24 residential lots available for low-income families. The Organization assisted 14 low-income owner occupied homeowners to rehabilitate their home. Another 5 owner occupied homes were in the process of rehabilitation at the end of 2013. Three mutual self-help homes were constructed in 2013.
