HUD PROVIDES FUNDING TO DEVELOP AND SUBSIDIZE RENTAL HOUSING WITH THE AVAILABILITY OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VERY LOW-INCOME ADULTS WITHDISABILITIES. THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) REGULATES SUCH PROJECTS AS TO CHANGE OR DISCONTINUATION OF USE, RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE PROJECT ALSO IS SUBJECT TO AN 811 PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT (PRAC) AGREEMENT WITH HUD, AND A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE PROJECT'S RENTAL INCOME IS RECEIVED UNDER THE 811 PRAC SUBSIDY PROGRAM.
