This amount is administrative costs for our various programs. The paid staff spends an estimated 70% of their time working on these projects, which includes networking internationally, recruiting domestically, facilitating planning meetings and planning all of the trip details both locally and abroad. Included in program expenses are 70% of salary, benefit and taxes, as well as travel costs, phone, supplies, etc.
In the past fiscal year, we were planning court building projects in various countries. All of these projects were canceled or postponed due to COVID-19. Nevertheless, we still incurred expenses leading up to the projects, those are referenced in this section and itemized in schedule O.
