To culturally enrich the communities of North Central Washington through music performance, outreach and education through musical events. During the fiscal year of 2019-2020 the orchestra suffered from the effects of COVID-19 because after March of 2020 live performances could not be held. However, the orchestra still came together for virutal events including concerts which brought music into the homes of community members. In addition the regular performance of the Nutcracker which took place in December of 2019 brought music and dance to over 2,000 community members and the Independence Day Performance in 2019 brought live music to a community gathering of over 8,000 people.
