The National Farmworker Jobs Program: Provides employment related services to eligible seasonal migrant farm workers and their families in Washington State. It is estimated that the program has assisted 657 individuals in 2019.

The Low-Income Home Energy & Weatherization Assistance Program: Help Families with low income to have heat during winter heating months, weatherize their homes to improve energy efficiency and assist with repair to non- working heat sources. This program assisted 24,890 individuals in 2019.

Other Program Services : Community Block Grants, Avista LIRP, Asset Building , Housing Counseling, Basic Foods , Educational programs, Agriculture Labor Safety , After School children & Community activities and also Various other Energy & Weatherization related programs.
