The Keepers Cottage was completed in July 2019 at a total cost of $846,100. The Foundation has opened a museum inside of the cottage which includes a display on how a lighthouses Fresnel lens works. The Foundation has regularly scheduled weekly public tours of the lighthouse and the surrounding grounds including the new Keepers Cottage.
