Clearwater Jazz Holiday (CJH), Tampa Bay's cherished, longstanding music festival, brings a 40-year tradition of diverse, world-class performances and significant sustained cultural and economic impact. A once multi-day concert series at various venues has evolved into an annual, international, multi-genre celebration with unique jazz heritage featuring a high-profile lineup with legendary and contemporary artists. The festival spans four days and nights every October and is situated on downtown Clearwater's beautiful waterfront, which unique setting attracts thousands of attendees and unites a community. Education and community outreach are fundamental to the Foundation's mission. The growth of the festival enables the Foundation to deliver a year-round, impactful cultural presence with innovative programs, special funding, creative learning experiences, exciting performance opportunities, and a diverse, vibrant social community. Accordingly, CJH is the Foundation's main program service, and the money earned is used not only to operate the annual festival but also further the Foundation's community impact. These innovative initiatives and social events are changing lives and providing special experiences for people of all ages and varying socio-economic backgrounds, from the very young to the senior community.
