Organizations Filed Purposes:
Subject to the restrictions of the Internal Revenue Code, the principal purpose of the Corporation shall be to fund scientific research for the general benefit of all humankind, including -- without limitation -- reversal of degenerative aging, extending the healthy human lifespan, furthering enhancements in tissue and organ transplantation, regenerative medicine, genetic engineering, and cryopreservation of biological tissue for the purpose of future reanimation.
Since its inception, Human Age Reversal Project, Inc. (HARP) has been engaged in soliciting public contributions to fund research which aims to evaluate the efficacy of potential therapies that may slow, or even reverse, symptoms associated with aging. Contributions by HARP are invested in high interest-bearing short-term securities so that such funds are available to fund the direct research costs of the project, such as diagnostic tests, medications, professional fees, and other costs. Overhead expenses are being funded by other sources. Because of the disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic, as of 12/31/19, HARP had not yet expended any project funds.
