The mission of RPCP is to enrich the lives of individuals, families and communities by providing and promoting the best practices and principles of peacebuilding and global sustainability.
Training & Education- RPCP provides training for schools, organizations, businesses, and other groups on conflict resolution, restorative practices, effective communication, strategies for social-emotional development, and more. RPCP also educates the community on the benefits of peacebuilding, raising awareness of the issues of the school-to-prison pipeline, racial and ethnic disparities, bullying, adverse childhood experiences, and the impact of violence. In addition, in 2020 our ED and a Board Member authored a book called The Little Book of Police Youth Dialogue: A Pathway to Justice.
