Elder Crisis Outreach: This program is devoted to serving vulnerable elders in Palm Beach County who may not have the physical strength, the financial resources or the family or caregiver support to deal with a crisis alone. This program has been operating since 1985, providing skilled staff who will visit the elder should an in-home assessment be needed and provide them with short term assistance in resolving their issues by connecting them with appropriate services to meet their needs. This program has been especially valuable to the community during the pandemic. In the fiscal year ending June 2020, a total of 857 elders were served.

Help Me Grow: The Help Me Grow program was started in 2014 at 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast. The program is a National and State initiative. The program is designed to identify children at-risk for developmental or behavioral concerns and connect them with community-based programs for health, developmental and behavioral services. Help Me Grow provided support, referrals and information to 1447 families with a total of 1612 children and completed 2266 screenings in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
