Big Brothers Big Sisters uses a case management approach to service delivery. The primary providers of direct services are volunteers who serve as mentors through match relationships within community or School based program components. Professional staff monitors the service delivery and tracks both the progression of the match relationship and each client and volunteer on a case-by-case basis. Professional staff assists participants in developing and maintaining positive and beneficial mentoring relationships.
