To receive and distribute funds for the promotion of the social welfare of Pompano Beach, Florida community and to provide funds to other organizations to be used in carrying out such purposes.
THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE POMPANO BEACH SEAFOOD CORPORATION IS DERIVED FROM THE NET PROCEEDS OF THE SALE OF FOOD, BEVERAGES AND BOOTH SPACE AT ITS ANNUAL SEAFOOD FESTIVAL HELD THIS YEAR ON APRIL 22, 23, & 24TH 2016. PARTICIPANTS IN THE EVENT INCLUDE VARIOUS CHARITABLE, BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS. SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF THE NET PROCEEDS OF THE EVENT ARE DISTRIBUTED TO THE VARIOUS CHARITABLE, CIVIC AND OTHER NON -PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED WITHIN SOUTH FLORIDA AS DESIGNATED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
