Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Charitable Organization' Mission is to combat community deterioration and decay; to relief the poor, the distressed, and/or the underprivileged; alleviate ethnic prejudice; lessen neighborhood tensions; and lessen the burdens of government by developing, rehabilitating, and managing low income affordable housing and developing, revitalizing, and managing key neighborhood community centers in the areas of highest concentration of poverty in Miami-Dade County, such as the East Little Havana area, and to maintain facilities available for the direct benefit of the public.

The Program Services Accomplishments in carrying out the Organization's Exempt Functions consist of development, rehabilitation, and management of low, very-low, and moderate income affordable housing and development, revitalization, and management of key neighborhood community centers in the area of highest concentration of poverty in Miami-Dade County, the East Little Havana neighborhood, and to maintain facilities available for the direct benefit of the public and area low income residents. Rio Towers Affordable Housing Project; Casa Grande Mixed-Use Affordable Housing & Community Center; Latin Quarter Community Center; Brickell View Terrace Affordable Housing Project.
