4a Youth Empowerment After School and Summer Camp 2018-2019The Youth Empowerment After School and Summer Camp Program provided 135 boys and girls, between the ages of 5-14, year round opportunities to build literacy, fitness and social skills. As a result, 90 of participants met or exceeded an 85 increase in improved health and fitness, social skills and oral reading fluency.
