Emmanuel Academies maintains a program to help adult community members to increase their comprehension and speaking and writing skills of the English Language. The targeted outcomes of improved ability to understand and be understood by non-Spanish language speakers includes enhanced quality of life, ability to communicate with their childrens educators, improved employment opportunities, and greater confidence as members of our community. 14 people benefited.
Emmanuel Academies commenced a program to recruit, assist in discernment and equip prospective future pastors to best serve and lead their communities of faith. The program leverages the capabilities and programs of Sioux Falls Seminary and undergraduate institutions. The core of the Future Pastors Program is our innovative curriculum that is a class room without walls and brings seminary to the student. It is cost efficient, effective and relevant, leveraging the local communitys wisdom. 18 people benefited.
Emmanuel Academies developed and implemented a community educational and informational program around the concept of Faith, Work and Economics. The main objective of the program is to further the economic and community success of individuals and their communities through opportunities to learn and grow in understanding of the Old and New Testaments and their teachings as relevant to callings throughout our lives. 670 people benefited.
