Organizations Filed Purposes:
The organization will solicit and accept donated vehicles, prepare them for sale and sell them. Net proceeds will be donated to exempt organizations qualifying under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Approximately 95-100 vehicles were donated and accepted. The vehicles were then reconditioned and sold. The net proceeds were then donated to various 501(c)(3) organizations.
