Driving Under the Influence School and Supervision Program - Enrollment for 2020: approximately 1,563. This program includes instruction for first and multiple DUI offenders and special supervision services. The special supervision services are for multiple offenders seeking hardship drivers license reinstatement in accordance with specific statutes. The Organization is the only Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles licensed "Driving Under the Influence Program" within Florida's Fifth Judicial Circuit.
Basic Driver Improvement Program Enrollment for 2020: approximately 264. This four hour course is used to remove points and to satisfy the Department of Highway Motor Vehicles requirements for Traffic Collision Avoidance Course.
Ignition Interlock Device Program: Some DUI offenders are required to have an ignition interlock device (IID) placed on their vehicle in order to have their driver license reinstated. Violations of this device may result in the offender attending scheduled appointments with a licensed DUI Program in their area. The Organization, as a licensed DUI Program, meets with offenders during their restriction period.
