THE FOUNDATION OFFERS AID AND ASSISTANCE TO CARTOONISTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN TIMES OF NEED AND HARDSHIP, WHETHER THAT MEANS A CONTRIBUTION TO MEDICAL BILLS, OR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS ASSISTING WITH NCS MEMBERSHIP DUES.
SUPPORT EDUCATION CONCERNING THE ART OF CARTOONING. FINANCIALLY ASSIST CARTOONISTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE UNDERGOING EXTREME HARDSHIPS.
DONATIONS FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND SCHOLARSHIP EXPENSES. THE 2019 JAY KENNEDY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP WINNER WAS ULISES ALVARADO-LLAMAS.
GRANTS WERE MADE TO FURTHER AND PRESERVE CARTOONING THROUGH THE REUBEN JOURNAL, THE ARNOLD ROTH FOUNDATION, KENOSHA FESTIVAL OF CARTOONING, AND THE CARTOONIST NEWSLETTER.
