Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Society is operated exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes. Distributions are provided to organizations which qualify as exempt organizations such as religious, educational and organizations included under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954.
Expenses incurred to generate revenue which is eventually disbursed as grants to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations.
