Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Foundation was organized exclusively for charitable, educational and cultural purposes. The Foundation provides a mechanism to establish, administer and finance programs to meet the community's needs in line with the goals of the Chamber of Commerce.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED SUPPORT TO THE GADSDEN COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, WHICH WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE PROMOTION AND BETTERMENT OF GADSDEN COUNTY THROUGH ALL WALKS OF LIFE.
THE GADSDEN INTERCHANGE. THIS WAS A PROGRAM THAT PURCHASED BOOKS FOR CHILDREN TO ENCOURAGE READING. APPROXIMATELY 200 CHILDREN BENEFITED FROM THIS PROGRAM.
VARIOUS SMALL PROJECTS THAT INHANCED THE FOUNDATIONS PURPOSE.
