Organizations Filed Purposes:
To impact the lives of young people, including those with special needs, and Veterans, by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.
We operate an 12-acre golf practice facility in Dyer Park and deliver programs at over 25 other golf course locations in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Broward counties providing golf instruction to many young people, including those with special needs and veteran groups. We served 2,164 students in spring, summer and fall sessions from the general public and in partnership with various youth development organizations, including YMCA's, Boys and Girls Clubs, and faith based organizations. The organization served an additional 554 students with special needs and 388 veterans in our golf programs. Over 50% of our students are either african american or hispanic and come from low to moderate income households. The majority of our students and groups that participate in our programs have no means to pay and we must fund the entire program through donations to our organization.
